We
are a specialty diamond cutting and drilling subcontractor, offering unique field services
for concrete and metal cutting
applications. Our focus markets are Nuclear, Offshore, Hydro,
Forest Products, Lock & Dam,
Industrial, Decommissioning, and Bridge Construction. The business
began in 1997 and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Diamond wire sawing and related diamond cutting tools are our primary expertise. Our CEO and President, Tim Beckman, helped pioneer the first-ever diamond wire construction business for North America in 1983. We have developed unique subsea cutting tools for removal of conductors and platform legs. Cutting Edge also offers diamond core drilling, hydraulic splitting, diamond blade sawing, and specialized superabrasive cutting of steel. Wire cutting of tube bundles and specialized pole sawing with superabrasive blades are also performed. Our services range from planning and technical support to complete turnkey projects requiring cutting, drilling, and removal. Specialized recycling of water and slurry waste is available with our proprietary systems.
